Clayton De-Netto

I’m Clayton De-Netto, founder of CDN Coaching, and this all started because I never want anyone to feel the way I used to.

I spent years struggling with confidence and body image. I moved around constantly as a kid, always the new one in school, which made it hard to form friendships. I was shy, quiet, and often bullied for being the small, skinny lad, and that’s when the obsession with my body began.

I’d stare in the mirror and hate what I saw, then turn to food to cope. Junk food binges followed by shame and frustration became my norm. That all changed at 17, when I stepped into the gym. At first, I just wanted to stop the bullying by having a bit of muscle.. But over time, I found so much more. I built strength, made real friendships, and started to feel confident. I could finally wear T-shirts in summer instead of hiding away, and I started liking what I saw in the mirror.

That feeling sparked something I couldn’t ignore. I wanted to help as many people as possible break free from the feeling of misery and despair that I felt for so long. So I spent two years studying to become a personal trainer, fully committing to being the best I could be. I worked 9 years on the gym floor, doing long hours and helping people feel better in their own skin. Over time, I noticed something: the clients I was getting the best results with were women, especially those stuck in the cycle of restriction and diet guilt.

So in 2023, I risked everything to build CDN Coaching, a premium experience designed to help women lose fat, gain strength, and finally break free from the toxic diet culture. No more cutting carbs, fearing chocolate, or skipping meals for social events. Just real results, real support, and a system that works with your life to ensure you get results and keep them for the rest of your life.

We’re not some copy-and-paste coaching programme. We roll our sleeves up and go all in  with you, using our proven systems to deliver the results you’ve been chasing for years.
